Four Brampton Library branches will be reopening to the public beginning Monday, July 12.

The four branches that will be reemerging from pandemic lockdown are Chinuacousy, Four Corners, Springdale and Cyril Clark.

Patrons will be allowed to browse materials, use computers and pickup their holds. Printing and copying fees will be reinstated.

Safety, however, will remain paramount. There will be regular cleaning and disinfecting, and branches will operate with a maximum occupancy of 25 per cent in public areas.

Not everything will return to normal. Services not yet available include study and quiet space, chromebook lending, room bookings and in-branch programs

Branches at Gore Meadows, Mount Pleasant Village, South West and South Fletcher’s continue to offer curbside pickup only.
