Four masked culprits hunted by police after Mississauga, Brampton pharmacies held up at knifepoint

Police are on the hunt for four masked culprits after a Brampton pharmacy was robbed at knifepoint less than an hour after an attempted robbery at a Mississauga pharmacy this morning (Jan. 5).

In the most-recent incident, Peel Regional Police say four males wearing masks and gloves held up a Bramalea Rd./Peter Robertson Blvd. area pharmacy just before 11 a.m.
One culprit was seen carrying a knife, but there were no injuries.
The bandits fled the scene with drugs and money in a light-coloured vehicle, police say.
Meanwhile, just after 10 a.m., a Clarkson Rd. N./South Sheridan Way pharmacy in south Mississauga was targeted by four males who also wore masks and gloves.
One of the culprits was seen carrying a knife, but there were no injuries and nothing was taken from the store.
The would-be robbers fled the area in a light-coloured vehicle.
