There may have been plenty of times where it was uncool to be Donny Osmond but give the man his due.

The “Puppy Love” singer will be landing on the OLG Stage at Fallview Casino Resort on July 22 and he brings years’ worth of entertainment experience with him.

Osmond, now 66, basically just outwaited all the critics and has carved out an impressive five decade career as notably a singer but also an actor, a TV host (both on game shows and a variety show with his sister Marie), a best-selling author, a commercial spokesman, a motivational speaker, and even a racecar driver.

What was meant to be a six week residency with his sister Marie at the Flamingo Casino Resort on the Las Vegas Strip turned into a staggering 10 years with their faces plastered on the side of the hotel and then entertainment theatre renamed in their honour.

One of Osmond’s most notable appearances was his starring role as Joseph in Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, which broke records during its six-year run with more than 2,000 performances in the US and Canada.

Tickets for his show go on sale Friday (April 21) and are available HERE.

In the meanwhile, here’s a quick look at Osmond bringing back a 1971 chart-topper to a Vegas audience just weeks ago.
