Fog advisory in effect for Oshawa, Pickering and Southern Durham Region

A fog advisory is in effect for the areas of Pickering, Oshawa and Southern Durham Region.

Areas of locally dense fog are occurring early this morning. Near-zero visibility at times can be expected, especially along Highway 407.

The fog is expected to dissipate after sunrise this morning.

Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility in some locations. If visibility is reduced while driving, slow down, watch for tail lights ahead and be prepared to stop.
