In the (virtual) French kitchen: Dessert, minified

Love fancy French desserts but can’t eat a whole tart – or don’t want to choose just one dessert? How about adopting the French tradition of ” le café gourmand “, a concept where you get three or four mini desserts with your after-dinner coffee. In this class, you’ll learn to make sweet shortcrust pastry and mini lemon meringue tarts, strawberry tarts with crème pâtissière, chocolate ganache tarts, and jam tarts. Recipes/ shopping lists and the Zoom login information will be sent approximately one week before the class. The class requires a minimum of eight screens to run. The workshop will be held on Dec 5th from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and you can purchase tickets here.

Virtual Craft Show

Time to knock out some Christmas shopping from the comfort of your couch. Grab a glass of wine and get ready to type as fast as you can. There will be a wide selection of holiday gifts and home décor for you to choose from. This virtual event will be held on Dec 6th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Purchase tickets here.
