Five people arrested following multiple break and enters in Brampton

Peel Police have arrested four men and one woman in relation to break and enter incidents in both Brampton and Mississauga.

During the months of August and September, there were a total of fifteen commercial break and enters, and one robbery that took place in the north end areas of both cities. The property taken during this month long spree amounted to just over ten thousand dollars.

On October 7, a 28-year-old male, from Toronto, was arrested and charged with four break and enter related offences, and one count of possession of property obtained by crime. A 36-year-old male, from Mississauga, was also arrested and charged with numerous break and enters, one count of robbery, two counts of possession of property obtained by crime, and one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance. A 48-year-old male, also from Mississauga, was arrested and charged with seven counts of break and enter. Lastly, a 57-year-old male, from Mississauga, was arrested and charged with numerous break and enters, one count of theft under $5000, two counts of possession of property obtained by crime, and one count of robbery. 

On October 8, a 28-year-old female, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with numerous break and enters, one count of theft under $5000, two counts of possession of property obtained by crime, one count of disguise with intent, and one count of robbery.

They all attended a bail hearing that took place on October 8, 2019 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton.
