Canada’s fastest growing restaurant chain Pür & Simple, known for innovating the breakfast and brunch scene, is opening its St. Catharines location on April 5th at 290 Glendale Ave. near Highway 406.
Pür & Simple aims to elevate the breakfast and brunch experience beyond that of standard “greasy spoon” restaurants by offering a twist on breakfast classics, must-try creative fusions, and an amazing lunch menu.
With a state-of-the-art Nespresso machine for specialty coffees, fresh OJ pressed in-house daily, a variety of cocktails, and a smoothie bar, Pür & Simple is the full brunch experience.
To celebrate the grand opening, they’re offering the first 25 guests the opportunity to experience their re-invented breakfast with a free meal (value of up to $20)! This offer includes one food item and does not include beverages. Don’t miss out, they open at 7 am on Tuesday, April 5th.

- French Toast Crisp
Pür & Simple’s panko-breaded artisanal French toast is a delicious take with added texture on this classic breakfast and brunch dish. It’s made with blueberries, raspberries, English cream, raspberry coulis, whipped cream and fresh mint.
- The Canadian
A simple but delicious breakfast dish of two eggs with bacon, sausage, ham, and your choice of crepe, French toast, pancake or a half waffle. Count on this dish to fill you up and bring out the Canadian in you, eh?
- Carole’s Cinna-Cakes
Pür & Simple’s fluffy buttermilk pancakes come in a variety of styles, but this one is definitely the best if you’re craving a little spice with your sweet pancakes. The cinnamon swirl pancakes are topped with icing glaze, caramel and whipped cream.
- Ray’s Extravaganza
An excellent choice for the breakfast lover with a hearty appetite, this dish features bacon, sausage, ham, red & green peppers, red onions, tomatoes, cheddar, Swiss, provolone and Hollandaise sauce, all served hot right from the skillet.

Pür and Simple was started in Canada by seasoned Canadian restaurateurs. While it’s a franchise, each of their locations is super entrenched in the community, just like you’d expect from local restaurants.
