Five arrested, one at large after $70,000 Niagara Falls drug bust

Five men have been arrested and a sixth remains at large after a series of Niagara Police raids uncovered more than $50,000 worth of various drugs.

Following an investigation that began late last year, police raided four homes in Niagara Falls on Feb. 13. They discovered large quantities of multiple drugs including;

  • 2,428 Oxycodone pills with a value of $12,140
  • 104.2 grams of MDMA with a value of $2,046
  • 18.4 grams of crack cocaine with a value of $1,840
  • 488.5 grams of cocaine with a value of $48,850
  • $4,810 in currency

All told the haul came out to $69,686 worth of drugs and cash.

The officers arrested five people during the raid including,

  • Dorina Cera, 22 of Niagara Falls (possession of proceeds of crime)
  • Clifton Maxwell, 44 of Montreal (two counts of possession of a controlled substance for trafficking)
  • Brima Kemokai, 44 of Lasalle (two counts of possession of a controlled substance for trafficking, uttering a false document)
    • Kemokai is also wanted in Alberta on several charges
  • Nadine El-Asmar, 34 of Niagara Falls (four counts of possession of a controlled substance for trafficking, possession of proceeds of crime)
  • Conrad Douglas, 41 of Niagara Falls (six counts of possession of a controlled substance for trafficking, two counts possession of proceeds of crime

A sixth man, Alexander Fraser-Maxwell, 40 of Montreal, remains at large on two charges of possession of a controlled substance for trafficking. Police describe him as a six-foot-three, slender Black man with black hair and brown eyes.
