First responders attending to child struck by a car in Mississauga

First responders are attending to a collision in Mississauga.
At 8:23 p.m. tonight (July 23), first responders were called to the area of Winston Churchill Boulevard and Thomas Street in relation to a child who was hit by a car.
The child is conscious, and paramedics are treating their injuries—the extent of which are still unknown.
Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area.
