At 7:37 p.m. tonight (May 26), first responders were called to the area of Chinguacousy Road and Steeles Avenue West in relation to a fire believed to be caused by a blown transformer. 

Road closures are in effect, and drivers are instructed to avoid the area and find alternate routes.
