First ever Lego Store will be opening in Mississauga

Mississauga will have its very own LEGO Store by the end of the year, meaning lovers of the colourful construction bricks won’t have to visit Toronto to get their plastic fix.

LEGO Stores are the official brick-and-mortar shops for the world’s best-selling brick building toy brand. There are four locations in Ontario, all in either Toronto or Vaughan.

But a fifth location is coming soon to Mississauga’s Square One Shopping centre, with an opening before the end of the year.

“Step into a world of creativity at the LEGO Store. Explore exclusive sets, build your own minifigs, and enjoy hands-on fun,” reads a “coming soon” announcement on the Square One website. “There’s something for every fan to discover and build.”

No exact date has been disclosed for the opening of the new LEGO Store coming to Square One, but signage seen inside the mall says it will open in the fall of 2026.

The new LEGO Store will be the first in Mississauga.
