Firearms Recovered Following Armed Carjacking in Mississauga

A late night incident in Mississauga has led to two suspects and two firearms being taken into police custody.
Police were called at 12:08 a.m. on August 25 for a carjacking in the area of Credit Valley Road and Erin Mills Parkway.
The victim was removed from their vehicle (a black Kia Soul) at gun point, police say.
The suspects are described as two black males, around 18 or 19 years old.
At 4:23 a.m., police reported that the vehicle was located and the suspects were arrested.
Officers additionally recovered two firearms during the arrest.
No injuries were reported in this incident.
