Fire destroys building at Milton golf course
An overnight fire in Milton has destroyed a building at an old golf club.
Milton firefighters were called out to battle the blaze in the early hours on Sunday (April 16) and found the abandoned structure fully engulfed in flames.
The location was Sixth Line at Campbellville Rd. on the property that was owned by Halton Country Golf.
According to reports, the structure had been vacant for several years.
Despite the efforts of firefighters the building was destroyed.
Crews remained on the scene for several hours to make sure the fire didn’t spread through the dry, grassy area.
No injuries have been reported the cause of the fire is under investigation.
