Fire crews tackle blaze at commercial building in Brampton

Firefighters knocked down a blaze in at a commercial building in Brampton on the weekend.

The fire broke out before 8:40 p.m. on Saturday (Sept. 30) in the area of Glidden Road and West Drive in Brampton, Brampton Fire and Emergency Services says (BFES).

Pictures shared by BFES show a commercial building with smoke rising from the structure as firefighters and a firetruck are on the scene.

Emergency crews blocked off the area to traffic while firefighters battled the blaze. BFES said the fire was brought under control by around 9:30 p.m., and no injuries were reported.
