Fire crews battle blaze at a home in Brampton

Fire crews knocked down a blaze in Brampton Thursday night.
The fire broke out at a home in the Dixie Road and Mayfield Road area, Brampton Fire and Emergency Services said in a post just before midnight.
“The fire has been knocked down and primary searches have been completed,” Brampton Fire said on X.
About 30 minutes later, the fire was deemed under control and the incident commander started to release vehicles from the scene.
There were no injuries reported.
Brampton Fire contacted the Office of the Fire Marshal to assist with the fire investigation.
