The Burlington Performing Arts Centre’s fifth annual Festival of Trees will be lighting up the facility until Dec. 18.

Pre-lit artificial Christmas trees, donated by Canadian Tire and sponsored by local businesses, are lighting up BPAC’s lobby until their silent auction winners take them home for the holidays.

Visitors have the chance to take home one of the beautifully-decorated trees by entering the silent auction.

All proceeds support the Burlington Performing Arts Centre. Tree bidding ends Dec. 18 at 4 p.m. and the minimum bid for trees is $10.

Winners will be contacted by email and/or phone and entrants must consent to signing up for BPAC’s mailing list to be eligible.

In addition, during the Festival of Trees, BPAC will be accepting new toys to be distributed to those in need. Please drop off unused toys to the Canadian Tire classic pick-up truck in the BPAC lobby.

Viewing times for the display are daily except Wednesdays, from noon to 4 p.m., plus one hour to all BPAC performances.
