Thursday promises to be a cloudy day with a 30 per cent chance of showers through the day from Clarington to Mississauga all the way to Hamilton.

The damp conditions will persist across the entire area, which will likely see drizzle overnight with fog patches developing after midnight.

It will be a bit windier in southern Halton Region with winds from the southwest at 20 km/hr, gusting to 40 km/hr in Oakville and Burlington.

The high will be an unseasonable ten degrees in most of the GTHA communities, with a low of plus three.
