Mosport is back in action and for the first time in two years, spectators will be allowed back to watch the racing action.

A limited number of tickets are still available for Superbike Doubleheader Weekend, August 13-15 at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park north of Bowmanville.

No tickets will be available at the gate so that all contact tracing information can be completed ahead of time.

“We are extremely excited to be able to welcome our fans back to the track,” said track President and General Manager Myles Brandt. “That being said, it is important that everyone attending follows the current COVID-19 guidelines so that we can have a safe and successful event.”

Canada’s top motorcycle riders will compete in a triple-header points race that weekend for the Canadian Pro Superbike Championship.

Season titles will be up for grabs during the premier stop of the Superbike season along with other race classes, including Liqui Moly Pro Sport Bike, Amateur Sport Bike, Amateur Superbike and the Super Sonic Roadrace School Amateur Lightweight Sport Bike.

Camping will also be available for the event combined with a Weekend Superticket. No Saturday-only tickets will be available. Tickets will only be available to purchase for the weekend or Sunday only. As usual, children 16 and under are free.

All spectators will be required to wear a mask while on the property, except when eating, drinking or while they are at their own campsite and with members of their own family.
