Family and police are concerned for the welfare of a man last seen in Niagara Falls.

Police say Joel Mills, 31, was last seen in the area of Jepson Street in Niagara Falls around 11 p.m. on Sept. 6, Niagara Regional Police said in a press release.

Mills is described as a white man, six-feet tall, 200 pounds with red curly hair and red facial hair.
