If you plan on spending some time outside tonight in Mississauga, you’ll want to bundle up.

According to a recent Environment Canada forecast, temperatures are expected to drop to -16 tonight (Dec. 18) in Mississauga. With the windchill, it will feel more like -22.

The day will be chilly as well, with temperatures sitting at -5.

The cold will persist, with temperatures hitting -9 on Thursday and dropping to -10 overnight.

However, a little reprieve is on the way, as temperatures will start to inch up and hit 1 on Friday.

Monday, Dec. 23 and Tuesday, Dec. 24 (Christmas Eve!) will be 5 degrees, so pretty pleasant.

Tonight, be sure to keep your pets indoors and spend as little time outside as possible.
