Expect delays in major west Hamilton street on Wednesday and Thursday

If you’re heading to west Hamilton over the next few days, watch out for minor delays on Wednesday (May 31) and Thursday (June 1).

There will be lane closures on Cootes Drive, 660 metres east of Olympic Drive (eastbound curb lane), to complete bridge inspection work, according to the City of Hamilton.

The closures will occur Wednesday, May 31 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., as well as for the same time period Thursday, June 1.  Traffic control will be in place, the city added.
