Multi Arts Festival

Small Arms Building

1352 Lakeshore Road
Mississauga, Ontario

Our goal is to establish a Creative Hub for arts, culture, heritage and environmental endeavours.

In order to create awareness and further support the building’s future rehabilitation we are opening the doors to the public for a three-day multi arts festival called In Situ on October 27, 28, 29th.

It is an immersive interactive event designed to animate the building space and spark people’s imagination.  Over 50 pieces of work will be on hand or performed throughout the building; everything from photography, music, dance, improve, mime, mural and graffiti art along with spoken word will be presented by some of GTA’s best emerging artists.

We have a special presentation of Creature, an audience promenade style dance/theatre performance by Mississauga’s Frog and Hand.

The event is something new to Mississauga and brings together 600 high school students and over 1,000 people for three days of entertainment and learning in an abandoned industrial heritage building that is steeped in local and national history.
