Free & Open to the public

You are invited to join the Art Gallery of Mississauga and Mississauga Arts Council to share what culture means to you at the Mississauga "Culture Talk". Organized by the Ontario Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport, eleven community consultation events will be happening across the province focusing on what art, culture and heritage mean to Ontarians. The outcomes will contribute towards shaping the first Culture Strategy for our province.

The "Culture Talk" will begin with celebrated artist Bonnie Devine and performer Arlene Paculan in a moderated discussion about the value and place of art, culture and heritage in daily life followed by round table talks. This is an invaluable opportunity to influence the growth and development of arts and culture. Please join us and share what culture means to you and what you feel the Government of Ontario can do to better support arts and culture in the province.
