Foundations of Yoga for everyBody
Join Tracy Francis, Certified Yoga for All & RYT-200 Yoga Instructor for this fun, informative and relaxing 4-week series of yoga classes, where you will explore foundational yoga postures & breathing practices. In addition, you will learn ways to adapt these postures for your body to find safety, accessibility, steadiness & ease within your yoga practice.

Class Time: 10:45 am to Noon (75 minutes)
Things Needed to Participate: Yoga mat, Water, Curiosity, Adventurous Spirit & Sense of Humour. Other props provided.
