Breaking the Silence: Systemic Racism

1065 Canadian Place Unit 104
Mississauga, Ontario

A new series being hosted by Youth Troopers for Global Awareness (YTGA), ‘Breaking the Silence’ will be bringing light to various issues happening within the Region of Peel, GTA and across the globe through panel discussions. With this series, we hope to enlighten our community members about what’s really going on in the world around us. A platform will be provided for folks to understand the facts, hear from respected professionals and experts and learn what we as citizens can do to better shape our future.

The days to be idle and blissfully ignorant are far behind us. It’s time we wake up, shake up and start taking responsibility for our actions.

This month, we will be focusing on the not-so-prevalent systemic racism inherent in the Region of Peel.
