Emergency Services Investigating Fire in Mississauga

Residents should avoid the area of an active fire this evening.

Police got a call at 5:16 p.m. for a structure fire on Sherobee Road, north of Hurontario at the QEW.

Injuries are unknown at this time.

Officers, paramedics, and Mississauga Fire remain on scene.

UPDATE:

The fire has been extinguished. Access to Sherobee Road is restricted at this time, police say.
