Election workers can make upwards of $1,200 in Brampton

Brampton residents can make upwards of $1,200 this fall with positions available working the 2026 municipal election.

Ontario voters head to the polls in October, and the city opened applications last week for multiple positions to assist with the vote in Brampton.

Ranging from greeters to voting location supervisors, pay rates vary from $285 to $1,266.

No previous experience is required and selected applicants will receive paid training. Election workers are required to work from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on voting day, Oct. 26.

Applicants must be 16 years of age or older at the time of application to be a greeter, and 18 years old at the time of application for all other positions.
