Early morning shooting leaves man dead in Meadowvale area in Mississauga

Police are on scene of a shooting in Mississauga early this morning (March 2).
Peel Regional Police say the shooting happened around 5:00 a.m. on Wednesday in the area of Formentera Ave and Aquitaine Ave in a residential neighbourhood in Meadowvale area.
Police said confirmed that one person was shot in a residential area.
Officers and paramedics are on scene, and police said there is no suspect information at this time.
