Durham Police release partial description of suspect in Thursday shooting in Oshawa

Durham Police have released a partial description of a suspect in yesterday’s shooting in Oshawa that sent a 25 year-old man to hospital with serious injuries.

The suspect is described as Black with short dreadlocks.

The victim was shot near Ritson Road and Bond Street, just east of the city’s downtown. According to police, the suspect fired several shots at the victim’s car before running from the scene.

Police shut down the intersection for several hours to investigate.
