Durham Police officers help save a life in downtown Oshawa

Quick action by members of Durham Police’s Central West Division may have saved a life Thursday when they came across an unconscious woman in downtown Oshawa who was “not breathing” and began life-saving procedures.
Officers administered Narcan and started chest compressions until the woman, who was found near Simcoe St. N. and William St. W, regained a pulse.
The woman was then transported to local hospital.
