Driver stopped with ‘mattress monstrosity’ in Caledon, Ontario

A driver with a large mattress in the back of a pickup truck was stopped in Caledon.
The driver was stopped with “this mattress monstrosity” near Mayfield Road in Caledon, OPP said in a post on X this morning (May 10).
“You make the bed you lie in,” OPP said. “Loads need to be properly secured.”
The driver faces insecure load charges, police said.
This follows another insure load incident in Caledon last September when police stopped a vehicle with massive a load of metal, scraps and a wheel barrel.
