Driver pronounced dead after crashing into tree in Milton

On Feb 5, 2023, Halton Police responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Derry Rd. between Appleby Line and Walkers Line in the Town of Milton.
According to police, a silver Nissan Rogue had been travelling westbound on Derry Rd. overnight when it left the roadway, rolled over and collided with a tree.
Police say the driver and sole occupant were pronounced dead at the scene.
The Collision Reconstruction Unit has taken carriage of the investigation.
