Update: Driver in life-threatening condition after a collision with a cyclist in Brampton

A driver was sent to hospital in life-threatening condition after colliding with a cyclist in Brampton.
Emergency crews rushed to Gore Road and Fogal Road for a collision involving a vehicle and a cyclist around 1:30 p.m. today (July 3), Peel Regional Police said in a tweet.
The driver may have suffered a medical episode but police are still investigating, Peel Regional Police Const. Sarah Patten tells insauga.com.
The driver was in life-threatening condition.
The cyclist walked away with minor injuries, Patten adds.
Update: At 3 p.m., police said the driver died in hospital.

This was the second collision involving a cyclist today in Brampton. Sadly, a male cyclist died this morning after a collision.
