Driver found dead after vehicle hits a home in Hamilton

A driver was found dead after his vehicle hit a home in Hamilton.
Shortly before 2 p.m. on Sunday (April 30), a vehicle left the roadway and struck a home in the area of Haig Road in Ancaster, Hamilton Police Service said in a press release.
Emergency crews found the 57-year-old male driver of the vehicle behind the wheel with vital signs absent. He was transported to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Hamilton Police are investigating and ask anyone with information to contact Detective Constable Bill Kreamer of the Traffic Safety Unit at 905-546-4930.
