Driver faces impaired charges after crashing into a ditch on Hwy. 401 in Milton

An early morning crash on Hwy 401 in Milton has led to impaired driving charges.
Officers responded to a report of a driver who lost control of their vehicle and landed in a ditch, OPP said in a tweet on Jan. 20, just before 2 a.m.
The car was in a ditch on Hwy. 401 at Regional Road 25 in Milton.
“The driver claimed he only had one drink,” OPP said.
A 27-year-old Barrie man faces impaired driving, driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit, and dangerous driving.
