Driver smashes into parked cars along Brampton street

Several cars were damaged after a driver smashed into them along a Brampton street today (July 24).

Peel Regional Police say several parked were damaged in the collisions. All were unoccupied at the time.

Officers received reports shortly after noon about the collisions, which happened in the area of Mackay St. North and Maitland St.

Paramedics assessed the driver after arriving on the scene. The extent of the driver’s injuries are not known.

The investigation into this incident is ongoing, but no charges have yet to be filed.
