Driver attempting to run cars off road in Mississauga

Peel Regional Police are investigating an incident where a driver in a pickup truck was allegedly trying to run cars off the road in Mississauga this morning, and then drove off.

On Friday (Apr. 7) 2023, at approximately 8:00 a.m., police responded to call for an erratic driver near the area of Lakeshore Rd / Porcupine Ave in Mississauga.

Police say reports came in of a white pick up truck which was cutting drivers off and stopping randomly in the middle of the road, before speeding off.

Officers believe the license plate is similar to AM1625.

No injuries or collisions were reported by police following the incident.

Investigations are ongoing.
