Drive-in movie event happening this weekend in Milton

A drive-in movie event is happening this weekend in the Town of Milton.

The Metro Retro Drive-in Movie event, presented by Interac is taking place at 1050 Kennedy Circle on Sept. 17 from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The movie being shown will be “Honey I Shrunk the Kids.”

Registration is required in advance and attendees are encouraged to bring their own blankets and chairs.

Proceeds from the event will go directly to the Salvation Army Khi Community Services.

According to Metro’s website, the company will match up to $5,000 on any donations made today (Sept. 13).
