A drinking bottle sold at Dollarama stores in Mississauga, Brampton and Hamilton and the rest of Canada poses a choking hazard and has been recalled by Health Canada.

Almost 60,000 of the Paw Patrol drinking bottles have been sold at Dollarama between August 2021 and March 2022. According to Health Canada, the removable tip of the cap on certain bottles may come loose and get lodged in the throat.

The bottle comes in various colours and can be identified by the sticker at the bottom of the bottle displaying the following information: Code: 10-3025349; UPC: 00667888142255, Volume: 16OZ/473 ml.

The company has received 1 report of an incident in Canada, and no reports of injuries.

Health Canada says consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bottles with affected cap and return them to the stores where they purchased them for a refund.
