The splash pad at Dominion Gardens Park in Halton Hills is officially open for public use.

The Town of Halton Hills has a total of three splash pads where the community may go to cool off in the summer.

While two of the Town’s splash pads opened back in May in time for the Victoria Day long weekend, the one at Dominion Gardens Park remained closed due to concrete surfacing replacement and upgrades.

The work is now complete and the splash pad is now open and ready for families to enjoy.

The other two splash pads in Halton Hills are located at Prospect Park in Acton and Gellert Community Park in Georgetown.

Residents are encouraged to bring their water toys and stop by to enjoy the splash pads, which will be open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from now until the Monday of the Labour Day long weekend.
