‘Do not approach it, please call 911’: Police searching for vehicle following incident in Oakville

A police investigation is currently underway in Oakville.
Officers were called to the area of Lakeshore Rd E between First St and Allen St for an incident in which a victim suffered a head injury.
The victim was transported to hospital.
While details on the incident are sparse, police say they’re attempting to locate a white two-door Honda Accord with licence plate number BXFM779.
“If you see this vehicle, do not approach it, please call 911,” police advised.
Residents are asked to avoid the area as the investigation continues.
