Disney-themed market set to hit Mississauga

A Disney-themed market is set to hit Mississauga soon.

The event, called “A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes,” hosted by Elevated Society Market, will be held at the Mississauga Convention Centre on Sunday, Jan. 29.

The market will feature over 40 local artisans and provide guests with an opportunity to shop locally and enjoy a “magical day” with friends and family.

The event will feature free face painting and 15 Disney characters that attendees will be able to meet and greet, all while Disney songs play in the background.

There will also be a grand prize draw which will offer guests a chance to win a family trip for four to Disneyland.

The event will take place from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

General admission tickets are on sale now for the event and will cost $12.70 for those over the age of 12. For those 11 and under, admission will be free.

A portion of all ticket proceeds will be donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation by Elevated Society Market.
