Dismantling hate in Burlington topic of advisory committee panel

A virtual panel aimed at eliminating hate in Burlington is being held next week.

The Dismantling Hate Crime panel is being organized by the Burlington Inclusivity Advisory Committee. Local leaders will discuss actions being taken to eliminate hate in the community as well as support those impacted.

Panelists include Burlington MP Karina Gould, Halton Regional Police Chief Stephen Tanner, and Brian Carwana from Encounter World Religions.

The virtual panel is being held Tuesday, June 21, at noon.
