A developer wants to build a small townhouse complex on Walker’s Line and the City of Burlington is hosting a public meeting about the application.

Wellings Planning Consultants Inc. wants to amend the zoning bylaw for the lands located at 2154 Walker’s Line, north of Upper Middle Rd.

The application proposes to allow nine townhouse units of two-storeys in height to be developed on a private road.

The statutory public meeting will be held virtually Tuesday, May 3, at 6:30 p.m.
