Halton Regional police have released descriptions of the three men involved in an early morning carjacking at gunpoint in Oakville.

The three suspects, who were dressed in dark clothing with one of them armed with a handgun, stole a blue Audi RS7 around 12:30 a.m. in the Bridge Rd and Lees Lane area.

The three men are considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached. If you see the vehicle or suspect, immediately call 9-1-1.

The suspects are described as follows:

  • Suspect 1: male, black, early 20’s, 5’10” tall, thin build, wearing a black hoodie and black sweatpants
  • Suspect 2: male, black, early 20’s, 5’10” tall, thin build, wearing a black hoodie and black sweatpants
  • Suspect 3: male, black

The stolen vehicle is described as:

  • 2017 Audi RS7, 4 door, blue, bearing Ontario licence plate CPYH544.

The investigation has determined the victim was approached by the three men while he was in his garage (in the area of Bridge Rd and Lees Lane).

He was assaulted by the suspects who then took the keys to his vehicle.

One of the suspects, who was armed with a handgun, fired several rounds towards the residence. The victim sustained minor injuries as a result of the incident.

The three men then fled the scene in the stolen Audi, along with a dark coloured Porsche SUV.

Investigators believe the victim was followed home by the suspects and targeted for his vehicle.
