Dangerous driving charges laid after a crash on Highway 403 in Mississauga

A driver faces several charges after a crash on Highway 403 last night.
The driver allegedly tried to pass on the shoulder at a high rate of speed on Highway 403, the OPP said in a post on X yesterday (March 12) just before midnight.
The vehicle hit another car before smashing into a concrete wall.
The driver was charged with dangerous driving, impaired driving and refuse to provide a breath sample, the OPP said.
There were no injuries reported.
Police didn’t identify the person charged.
