COVID-19 has almost been eliminated from Catholic schools in Oakville, Burlington, Milton and Halton Hills.

There are only two reported cases at the Halton Catholic District School Board on Oct. 19.

St. Benedict is reporting one case, down from three yesterday, and both of the closed classrooms are now open.

St. Raphael is reporting one case and one closed classroom.

When a classroom is closed, students are sent home to quarantine for at least 10 days and learn remotely.

As older cases are resolved, schools are removed from the listing.
