Cyclist and vehicle crash at busy intersection in Brampton

A collision involving a cyclist and vehicle occurred at a busy intersection in Brampton this afternoon.
On Saturday (Oct. 7) at approximately 12:45 p.m., Peel Regional Police responded to a crash near Van Kirk and Bovaird Dr., northwest of Main St. N.
According to police, individuals involved in the accident sustained injuries that have been deemed non-life threatening.
Following the accident, the driver of the vehicle remained on scene, investigators say.
Police have not indicated whether the area around the intersection, where the collision occurred, has been closed off, and if it will result in traffic delays.
