A popular east Hamilton market is hosting a special pop-up event this weekend to highlight the tasty services and products of local entrepreneurs.

Members of Hamilton’s Kitchen Collective will be serving up some culinary delights at the Ottawa Market this Saturday (March 26) from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Kitchen Collective is a non-profit commercial kitchen and culinary incubator designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs navigate the industry and provides a collaborative space in which to launch a business and learn from eachother.

Saturday’s pop-up event will feature Fairly Frosted Bakery, Falafela, Your Local Boulanger, and Mamey Tamales.

In keeping with its mandate to support and buy local, the Ottawa Market has hosted several similar events at its east Hamilton location as well as at its sister locations, Dundurn Market and Strathcona Market.
