Crews responding to house explosion and fire in Hamilton

Hamilton Fire crews and paramedics are responding to an explosion and multiple-alarm fire in Hamilton this evening.
The fire was reported at 10:35 p.m. a residence in the area of Bonaventure Dr and Clifton Downs Rd, near the intersection of Upper Paradise and Hadeland.
Reports indicate the fire was caused by a large explosion that damaged several other homes, and one family is currently unaccounted for.
Injuries are currently unknown.
UPDATE: Hamilton Fire reports that the house has completely collapsed and there is currently no active fire.
Crews are checking and evacuating nearby houses, and are expected to remain on scene throughout the night.
